The arrangement is intended for lifting/descending and turning wheelsets over the track of the line.
The arrangement is used as auxiliary equipment of working places for rolling-stock repair.
It provides:
- wheelset turning by 155° for working place location at one side off the production line;
- turning by 90° to change the wheelset movement direction.
